Return window

You may return an item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Change-of-mind conditions

• Perfumes, testers, hair mists and gift sets are returnable only when unopened, unused, unsprayed, with seals intact where applicable, and in their original saleable packaging.
• Watches, bags, wallets, sunglasses and pens must be unused and returned with their original packaging, tags and accessories.
• Opened, sprayed, used or customer-damaged items are not returnable for change of mind.

Incorrect, damaged or defective items

These remain eligible for return, replacement or refund. Please contact Starfall customer service before returning.

Return method & fees

• Contact Starfall customer service before returning any item.
• Returns are handled by courier.
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs.
• For incorrect, damaged or defective items, Starfall covers the return cost.
• No restocking fee applies.

Refunds & exchanges

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection. Exchanges may be offered when replacement stock is available.
